The symptoms quoted are possible ones that may lead to a psychotic episode. They may not be symptoms of schizophrenia.
The danger is that an overly sensitive person may literally believe everything they are experiencing as reality (encouraged by some who subscribe to those beliefs). They may open up dark areas of their psyche which begin to overwhelm them and jeopardize their sanity.
In the first instance, I would recommend seeking medical help. The causes could even be physical. I read of a case once where a woman believed she was seeing devils around her all the time. When a doctor examined her, he discovered that she had a problem with her vision. After an operation on her eyes, she ceased to see the 'devils'.
BTW, many doctors are actually quite sympathetic and understanding, and have natural gifts themselves for healing, apart from what they have learned at medical college.
