 becoming overwhelmed in crowded places...
I've noticed that I've become very overwhelmed in crowded places. It's not like social anxiety or anything I've noticed it since I've been able to feel energy from people.
I'm not sure if that's what it is though. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the issue and how I should deal with it.
