Yes, I agree.
As I said, it's pageview as an aggregate number that is useless. In other words, seeing that your whole entire site gets 1000 pageviews per day, or whatever. That's not helpful. Which is generally how you receive them from most web analytics software.
Pageviews of an individual page are definitely good to know.
