So, i tried it last night for the first time. And i herd that people usually vibrate or something, but i started to like throb almost....like a hearth beat but my whole body, and i don't think this is normally. I also saw a really bright light flash in front of my eyes. After i stopped trying, the throbbing feeling stayed there for about a minute then went away. Can anyone explain why this happened?
