No. Really, they're not.
At least not as an aggregate number. Just seeing that you had 1000 pageviews, for instance, is not helpful.
It IS helpful to look at your unique visitors and how many pages they visit, yes. And even more helpful to look at the path they took through your site to make sure it's the one you want/hope for them to take.
But aggregate pageviews? Blech...not worth much in and of itself.
