I really enjoyed this article, Steve. I've been in the same kind of situation (actually, not quite as bad) and only fairly recently managed to climb out of it. I wish I could have shared my experience as elegantly as you did here. I'm sure this article will be a great source of inspiration for many, many people around the world.
