I always wake up right at the finish of these dreams too which is nice because it allows me to write everything down.
I often have dreams where some one is teaching me how do do something like teleporting. Sometimes I will even be with a group of others learning a skill. I have had several lessons on teleporting. The actual lesson is very, very vivid. It is so real that I can give every detail, smell, and color. Then, I spend the rest of my dream "practicing" what they taught me and that part is more dreamlike and foggy. There is a clear distinction between the lesson and the rest of the dream.
I find these dreams to be mentally exhausting though. I asked for a break from them for awhile, and it was actually given to me for about a month. I said I was ready for them again, and I started having them again right away. That blew me away.
I hear a lot of people make a point of asking themselves "Am I dreaming?" on a regular basis so that they begin to ask themselves that in their dreams. Maybe you could give that a try to help you "wake up" in your dreams | Hmmm interesting. I'll have to give that a shot. Thank you!
