I agree too, it's best to use your own skills, but I admit I do like using binaural beats, and the Bio-circuits... I think they're very useful..

Exquisite picture, ND. I'm not too bothered about the claims, as long as I can relax to it, but if I have any interesting experiences, Ill let you know.
I like gadgets too. I've got one of those heat massagers that goes around your neck and vibrates (I'm prone to a stiff neck after driving) and a Chi machine for my back. You lie down with your feet on it, and it moves from side to side, sending vibrations along your spine in a wave-like motion.
