I am just listening to a sample of Inward Harmony and it reminds me strongly of choral music and chanting monks. Some of this music makes me feel very ethereal. Also some harp or lute music has the same effect. I think it's the deep vibration that is the connection.

Marcey claims that the sounds of Inward Harmony are the same sounds she experienced during an out of body experience, and she doesn't remember consciously recording it, it was there on her console. In fact she claims the same thing about her other albums too.
That was what caught my attention, and the claims people had after listening to it.

Absolutely. Music helps to calm the mind. I love Gegorian Chant and also the choral music of Palestrina and Allegri. Highly recommend a UK CD by Harry Christophers' choir, The Sixteen, especially Allegri's Miserere - absolutely sublime!
If you like peaceful 'Zen' type music to accompany meditation or yoga, I highly recommend Riley Lee who is a master of the Shakuhachi flute.
I've just read some reviews on Inward Harmony and it sounds really good. Will order it today. Thanks for the tip.

Liara Covert Acting like Godot makes a key point. Many gadgets exist but as you learn to sense energy, you don't need external prompting to tap into it and explore it.

I agree too, it's best to use your own skills, but I admit I do like using binaural beats, and the Bio-circuits... I think they're very useful..
And awww, I simply like gadgets!
Take care.......
