That sounds pretty good. Once I would start doing this I know I would want to be all in the groups conversation. The problem is
the mental brake. Something so strong is holding me back, playing it safe. The challenge is breaking through that.

Thats what I have been figuring and maybe should consider more seriously. But it would be so much better if this problem could be dealt with appropriately AKA not running away.
