The main thing I'm thinking is, if my goal is to make a certain amount of money by, say July 31, and I write up a story with six sentences including what debts will be totally paid with the money and being totally caught up on all the bills and even be able to take somebody out for dinner to celebrate . . . . realistically, it may take me 2 hours or more to do all that writing . . . when I could be spending 2 hours making money! I suppose a person could get up 2 hours early and do all the writing, but, wow. This is going to sound funny but I think it wouldn't take long before the goal would take on negative emotion because the person would dread having to do all that writing. lol
Do you have any idea if typing is allowed instead of writing?
I do really like his idea of shifting the memory of a previous successful experience into a current goal, for the positive emotion and confidence and probably behavior as well.
