Week 28 Body: I went to the gym 4 times total where I trained on normal intesity. No kardio workout beside bicycling to and from work every day(15 min trip one way). Morning routine:
Went bananas with my workout in the mornings. I'll try and pick this up. Feel I don't get it done because my floor is messy atm.
But I have gotten better at doing all my morning hygiene routine at the same time(showering, brushing teeth, deodarant etc.) so that it don't get spaced out over time in the morning. That way it all get done. Learning:
Tried sitting down in the weekend learning some more Russian. Ended up with doing only 30 min reading.
overall my week was a 4/10 in my own opinion. |
