Good Idea, yes, Arboretor, you can subscribe, don't purchase anything - to his free newsletter and you should receive 3 lessons (after an introductory offer) that give a more basic version on this method. It's not the whole thing, but a basic component of it and if this method really works, then you could do a lot with just that. After that I can offer advice based on the experience I had and my view on it.
By the way, you're gonna get some highly technical instructions, to the letter, even for an email
