So when he goes from dragon to book the girl would imagine a book made of dragons or whatever silly picture will help her to remember. Then she will remember the next word (car) because she imagines a book car. And a car river. And a river cow. Never seen one?
That's the trick, but these kids seem to remember and make mental images really fast. Although we don't often need to memorize list like these, the underlying idea of creating bizarre images in your mind will help you in other situations. I still remember part of the list in Derren's book which I memorized over one year ago, which took me only 5 minutes. So anyone can do this.

Isn't that neat, GranCanaria? I can think of the advantages; for the job, getting a certain job, showing off skills, a lot of things...I think what those kids did was cool, and it makes me even more curious....
There's a lot of memory programs out there and a lot of them have been debunked, but these methods seem to be the best and most praised. I looked up Derren Brown and saw that he memorized an entire book in 20 minutes and was using the photoreading method too, interesting.....
