As I've mentioned before, I love Paul McKenna, particularly his hypnosis meditations.
Unfortunately, though, I Can Make You Thin was not effective for me (although I still love the hypnosis part.) The four rules made no difference for me, except for the eat consciously rule, which has me enjoying my food more.
It took dynamically changing WHAT I eat and how I exercise to lose fat and gain muscle.
I would still buy the book, though, just to get the CD.
