I use Google calendar combined with Rememberthemilk -they work nicely together.
Used to use NextAction when tried to implement GTD -it's a great tool too ,but it's not online which was a limitation -also I didn't keep up with the GTD at the time.
I use Google spreadsheet from time to time ,but not too much.
