I'm looking for strict vegetarian wheat free stuff, if anyone knows of any good places to check. I've got a couple of cookbooks, which is a great start. But I'm looking for more. I've been veg*n for about 25 years, so I've got that down to a science, but I've only just recently gone wheat free and don't know much about it. I really don't know what to do without good, hearty bread! And I keep accidentally buying/ordering food that has wheat in it (onion rings, (non-dairy) ice-cream sandwiches), which is pretty amusing for it's "duh" moment, but then the cramps start...
I have been eating a lot of Japanese and Chinese food (which is made easier since I have an Asian market a couple of blocks away from my home), since they don't have much wheat in their basic diet. Spring rolls are one of my new favorite foods!
