I’ve checked with a few local organic health stores and found out that they have soy milk and 1-2 types of gluten-free spaghetti. I also asked about free range egg but they do not have it.
Anyway by having the soy milk, and the spaghetti, I think I will be able to try the diets combine with lots of vegetables and fruits.
p/s: the price of gluten-free spaghetti is almost triple of the normal spaghetti price.
