Acne.org is one of the most popular and reliable sites I know of for those who suffer from acne. The messageboards encourage discussion of lots of different types of treatment. It also has a wide range of people who have tried different methods with varying degrees of success.

Instead of promising that raw foods is THE cure for acne (which it is not), it would be better if you offered it as a possible solution for those who have unsuccessfully tried traditional methods.

I certainly don't dispute the fact that some people can eat anything and not have acne. But that is despite, not because of their diet and lifestyle. Some will not die of heart attacks despite eating horribly as well. It doesn't change the fact that over 1/3rd of the population will die of heart disease, strokes, and other problems that brought on my clogged arteries- which is caused my high levels of dietary fat.

And I certainly don't dispute that some have success with pills and creams, but those things are addressing a symptom of ill health, not routing out the underlying cause of the disease.

And I offer raw foods as a cure for acne because I know it will work. I'm love to talk to anyone who has acne after a few months on the diet I prescribe. I'm so confident in it because living and eating healthfully are not a "cure" that will kill of a symptom, but the cure that will end its cause.
