I think you've come up with a great explanation of why the EFT rituals produce the effects they do.

But at the moment you're just a random voice on an internet forum. Why not set up an experiment then publish the results, I read about EFT but have never really committed to using it because frankly the whole 'mystical energy' thing strikes me as daft. NLP works well enough and at least makes logical sense.
