His indicated to you his not looking for a relationship. You are looking for a relationship and I believe you have even expressed this to him. You’re both not aligned in what you want.
He's probably looking for something else in his life right now. Maybe he needs to do some growing before anything happens, maybe you need to do some growing of your own before anything happens, you need to also consider the possibility that maybe its just not meant to be.
My advice would be don’t get all entangled over this one man, just keep an open mind of both possibilities and keep your life moving.
