I am still using Marcey Hamm's cd's every day,and i haven't noticed any difference at all. So i'm skeptical on these types of cd's.
I am really liking this book "your hands can heal you",i'm so glad you recommended this to me!! I read 42 pages in about an hour or so! Its very informative,interesting,and hopefully i'll get results from the techniques in it!
