I agree with what the others have said - if you want to have sex, then have sex. Guilt about normal physiological functions and desires is something wrong.

But why do you say you only have sex with your GF (presumably that's "girlfriend"?)? Isn't it a more sensible thing to decide about entering a relationship after you have had sex?

I don't think this is just a matter of definition. If you make decisions about staying together (like calling someone your "girlfriend") without knowing if your love life is truly fulfilling, that feels a little premature ...
