I think you should choose the "right" girls. If you deceive a girl, if you tell her you love her and want to marry (for example), and then have sex and leave - this is not good, surely. That's where you really "dumb" them.
We can raise standards a bit. If you know from the beginning, that a girl have some feelings about you, if you know it would hurt her a lot if you "use her body" and leave - it is also wrong to have plain sex and nothing more with her.
But if the girl wants just sex, not relationship, just as you do (or let's call it "sex relationship") or short-term relationship - that is a fair deal which is totally correct. None gets hurt.
