I agree about eating healthy...i.e. brown rice, fresh fruits, fresh veggies, try to increase your dose of coconuts and nuts/seeds, etc....but I would recommend that you have your largest meal at nighttime. Simply because you wouldn't really have the opportunity to burn it off. If you eat before you sleep, this should helps.

Also, try to do some weight training to bulk up your muscles. You will feel stronger and will appear bigger...but again in a healthy way.
