I have been listen to an audio set that is very interesting, and in this he says you write down the goal as if you were standing there on the day and how you will know you have acheived it.
ie It is December 30th 2008 and I am looking at my bank balance and I have $5000 cash at bank
or It is December 1st and I have just completed a fun run. I look down at my flat stomach and feel proud of myself.
I havent actually tried this yet and wether it only works in if you follow all the instructions in his whole set or not I do not know but it is a different method. And he says when you visualise visualise feelings, sights, sounds, smells, touch. |
