Attitude Activator Update

In order to see if it works, (at least for me) I listened to this last night at work, during some spare time... No relaxation, just listening to it as I walked around.

After returning to work I must admit I felt a jolt of energy and enthusiasm and confidence for the rest of the night..that was why I was in a mood to post so late!

Attitude Activator is similar to paraliminals, but it is not a paraliminal or by Paul Scheele; it does use two voices in each earphone, but unlike paraliminals, one voice is male the other is female. There is also a jazzy upbeat music that plays but changes depending on the mood the voices are describing at the moment.

What makes it so fun to listen to is the playful tone to it; The male voice sounds jazzy and laid back, while the female voice is sultry and sexy.. soft oohs and ahhs, while the voices supposedly addresses each side of your subconscious and brain with specific messages and programing....

I would have to experience the same effect more to ultimately say it actually works...

New Technique to Break Old Habits

This is a simple method that lets you break a bad habit by going ahead and doing your bad habit...

The technique is used by a doctor to help his patients quit smoking and according to the site I'm about to post, has an unusual high success rate with it.

Do you have a habit that you’d like to break?

I recently had dinner with one of the most talented doctors I’ve ever known. He has incredible success getting people to give up old, destructive habits – regardless of how many times they’ve tried and failed.

He has an impressive track record with smokers. The general success rate – no matter which smoking program you’re talking about – is between 20% and 30%. But he’s able to get over 50% of smokers to quit within 4 weeks.

So how does he better the odds?

His technique is simple. You put your conscious mind between your thoughts and your habit. Here’s how it works: When the desire for a cigarette strikes, you put 30 seconds between that desire and the act of lighting up.

During those 30 seconds, you stop and think about why you’re smoking and why you want to stop. Then you smoke your cigarette.

This works for several reasons. First, it breaks the chain of acting without thinking. Second, it allows you to develop and reinforce the feeling of why you want to quit. Over time, the desire to break the habit becomes the dominant motivating force and the ritual is broken.

My friend tells me that within 4 weeks, over half his patients give up their habits. You can use this technique on your own and get the same results.

One of the most important things I’ve learned about changing habits is that you need to replace a bad habit with a good habit. But this a little trickier than you might think. This requires that you change your attitude. That’s the trick
I haven't tried this yet, but at least it's simple and ready to use...

The Tingler

If you take this device and gently massage and run it through the top of your head, you will experience goosebumps, a shimmering feeling of pleasure, bliss...

That is what the makers claim...it's made of copper and copper is a good conductor of electricity.... it's also novelty item, but there are some interesting testimonials from peoples about this one..

Wouldn't you just love to give your sweetheart a thrill for this Valentine's Day? Then check out the Tingler. Touted as "legalized ecstasy" and "an orgasm for the head" by inventors Wendy Robbins and Jorli McLain, this handheld device, known as the Orgasmatron in Australia, stimulates accupressure points and nerve endings on the scalp, giving the user a pleasant goose-bumps sensation.

Celebrities who either bought or received them as gifts include Minnie Driver, Jack Nicholson, Gweneth Paltrow, Hank Azaria, Annie Potts and ever the-go-to-the-stars and relaxation expert Deepak Chorpra. Still not convinced that the Tingler isn't a torture device? Check out the streaming video of the first-time users.

As it's inventors attest, "The Tingler™ lets you see what people look like in their most intimate moments. People always say I look like I just had sex." Go ahead and tingle all the way. - I-Lien Tsay

Tingle me, please.

A vendor at a festival asked if I had ever experienced The Tingler™. Then she turned me around and plunged this copper clawlike contraption into my scalp. Oh my gosh... my body shook, I shivered from head to toe, and I couldn't contain a "woo-hoo-hoo."

The makers of The Tingler™ say that it massages millions of nerve endings in your scalp, affecting acupressure points and giving you goose bumps that produce painkilling, stress-relieving, brain-awakening endorphins. All I know is that people were lining up in droves to experience it - "and though Im not too big on sharing my hairbrush, I didn't give that a second though, as long as I got another tingle.
Be back later to post more testimonials, take care...
