Angela, that's the first time I heard that term used, so I googled. What I found in googling is different from my impression of it from what you've written about it.

Those seem to describe a hierophant as someone who follows religious tradition, a high religious figure, not what you seem to describe Aspiring as being....
Am I misunderstanding?
