I applied just now and am waiting to hear back. But it seems to me if you're answering SMS text questions, you're going to keep your responses to about 100 characters or less, and most questions are going to require answers that are really in the realm of public knowledge (how many calories in a pizza slice? how long is the ferry wait to the island right now? etc.) that would be exempt under their terms of service because they don't have the right to copyright that information in the first place. Unless you're sending your responses in original haiku, I don't see much to worry about.
