interesting that clicking the amygdala stuff, I ran into a while ago, but never sat down to try it. When I ran into it in that past I read up on post traumatic stress syndrome related to the amygdala. apparently PTSD is a case where the amygdala is mostly stuck in the non-frontal lobe mode (flight or fight) because of the individual being in an environment that continually made the brain have to be in that state to survive.
Here's some wacky stuff, not "things" but like remote healing(?) I didn't buy into it but got tempted by the possibility that there's something to it. google "spiritual response therapy" to see more link this.
