1. Week One: Walk. Anywhere. For one hour total, whether at once or in separate parts of the day.
2. Week Two: Continue the walking, add juice fasting.
3. Week Three: Continue the walking, fasting, and add strength training.
4. Week Four: Continue walking one hour, fasting, strength training, and break the fast some time in August - by going raw.
5. During the entire month, set aside some time each week to meditating,
donating to charity all my Goodwill boxes, and either writing or typing my affirmations.
