Gain weight healthily
Hey all,
I always was a skinny guy (now 54kilos/119pounds for 1m80/5,9ft) and I'd like to gain some weight to have a healthier look.
My digestion is somehow bad, and even if I try to force myself to eat a lot, I only manage to gain some fat on my belly.
So what would you recommand to gain weight and to improve my digestion, but still staying on a healthy way ?
