1. Meditation
Continue doing meditation everyday. Focus on technique and application. Go deeper into my consciousness. Study and practice a couple of additional types of meditation.
2. Diet and Exercise. This is a new one and a huge one.
Diet: I will be overhauling my whole diet. I am going to eat at least a 50% raw food diet. Cut out at least 90% of processed food. No nervous system stimulating foods. 5-6 planned meals a day. I am going to eat more organic food. Keep my metabolism just right and steady. Will re-program my taste buds in the process too hehe.
Exercise: Go to the gym 6 days a week. I am going to begin slowly and consciously. Strengthen my core first. Fix my posture. Do a lot of stretches. And then learn the right form for exercises and do them. Start with small weights and build slowly.
3. Blogging/Writing
I will write 15 quality posts this month on the new blog I set up. My target is 1 post every other day. My goal is to improve my writing and see how I like blogging. I will focus on writing content that can really help people.
By the end of July, I should have enough feedback to set more informed goals for 2 and 3. Because with these I am venturing out into unknown waters but at the same time its exciting!
