Well, due to health department regulations, I'd need to make it in a commercial kitchen. I have been in negotiations with a local bakery to see if they would allow me to use their facility. While they have given me a tentative "yes," getting all the final details worked out has been a serious bear.

My dessert is basically a Mud Pie type dessert, with white chocolate in it. I have 2 versions of it, one with a "touch" of white chocolate, and one that is mostly white chocolate.

When I wrote this, it was very late. Actually, the study of psychology, to me, is one of the MOST fascinating subjects. I sat in one of my wife's classes, once, and thought it was unendingly interesting. The thought, however, of sitting in a classroom for many more years may be somewhat dampening for me.
I have thought of taking up "life coaching." I LOVE to provide that service. Helping someone to "get where they're going" is a big thrill for me.
