Saladdressing:
virgin olive oil, add garlic and pepper, in a air tight can.Leave it for a few days. Now you have spicy oil
or
Same oil mixed with French mustard.
or
Remove vinegar and replace it with lemon juice.

Smoothies:
Banana and brocoli
Watermelon and watercress
Apple and cucumber

Although I am not a Raw Eater, I must admit that eating raw for at least 75% of my total intake or eating raw until diner, gave me a better focus and more energy. Also waking up early went more energetic.
And that after 5 days of trial.
By serious cravings I order a Veggie Delite at Subways.
So I have a healthy escape if I need emotional eating, hihi.
