Little things would make me wonder if I was fully polarized. Like I would help my mom with something because I like seeing her happy, and I would wonder "is that really selfish? Would a darkworker do that?"
Per your insight, I decided to declare to myself that I am a darkworker.
I have already started employing Rose's technique of questioning each move. It makes me feel very conscious and aware. That's why I woke up early and have time to come in here. I feel more alive as a conscious, polarized person. I wrote down the quote highlighted in bold. Thanks!
