In my opinion, how you see the colours will depend on what those colours mean/symbolize to you. For example, if you've been taught that a healthy root chakra is red, then you'll probably see a healthy one as vibrant red and an unhealthy one as a muddy red colour.

But if you've been taught that healthy chakras look white or clear, then you'll probably perceive them that way instead..but you'll arrive at the same conclusions about someone's energy through looking at their chakras as someone who perceives colours
