Ok, yes. I see what you mean.
I guess couching it as a "from caveman days" kind of need for security made me think of it as "I need someone to protect and provide for me." That I don't need, but it is different than the feeling of being loved and respected, which I think does compell me. I want to feel safe emotionally which I think is different from what evolutionary biologists are talking about. Maybe?
