I totally agree with that. I take for granted that there's a difference between looking and staring blatantly for ten minutes while ignoring your girlfriend. Just looking shouldn't be that bad, some women just call the attention. I think no one here believes that making a fuss about how another woman is more attractive than your girlfriend is acceptable. Sometimes, your eyes just wonder after good-looking people, and there's not much you can do about it at first. Of course, you should be respectful: as someone wrote, ogling is not looking.
