Thanks for your recommendation Fullcrum. I'm going to do just that! I'll also split out the sleep disorders to their own section as its not really related. Yes, I can see Getting Started becoming a big one all of its own. Thanks so much

RockChick, I know your frustration, this happens to me too sometimes. An opportunity to reality check in a dream can easily be wasted, if you aren't prepared to TRULY question your reality. Try this... throughout the day, do a reality check and actually imagine you are in a dream right then (obviously you know you're not... but just pretend). If you can plausibly imagine pushing your hand through the wall, or floating up, just for a second, you will really put your reality to the test. And when this happens in a dream you are more likely to engage your logical, conscious brain, and become lucid. Reality checks rarely work for themselves.... they require you to engage the conscious brain and ask yourself logical questions. Stick with it, it WILL happen
