I don't know about inductions mp3s, but one thing I did long ago (from a lucid dreaming book I read) was to write my dreams down the next morning. The more you do this, you start to notice repeating elements in your dreams,
"dream signs". If you make an intention to observe your dream signs during the day there's a good chance that you'll notice it again in the dream, and then will become lucid by recognizing it "hey I'm dreaming!". Often this is when you wake up though, lol.

Also throughout the day, pay special notice to your watch, words on paper, signs, etc. and make sure they are making sense. In dreams writing and numbers tend to be fluid. So if you're looking at your watch and the numbers turn into liquid or change randomly, there's a good chance you're dreaming.

The point is to wonder if you're dreaming, while you're awake. If lucid dreaming is on your mind enough, eventually it will be something you think about in your dreams as well.
