Can you distinguish between thoughts and feelings? And if so, how do you know you can? I'm just interested in your ideas on this.
I can only guess you don't have much personal experience. Especially in a work environment where there can be people who aren't your friends, who are competitive, and have issues -- or in a crowd -- picking up on their thoughts and sensing their feelings can be a distraction, and if you're not careful it can be a HUGE drain.
