Greetings!

I would suggest that you first consider what your core values are, and then create a personal mission that matches those core values. Not that you need to use the actual core value words in your mission, but the spirit behind it should be consistent with the meaning that your core values bring to you.

Then again, there is always "The Personal Vision Workbook" :-)
