Not doing it gives me more time to train for my Ironman in September about two more weeks. But, then I wonder if I am just playing mind games trying to get out of it. I feel I can run the distance I already did an ultramarathon in April close to the same distance. Well I thought I would throw my dilemma out to you.

Thanks for your time.
I am a big believer in choice. If this race does not achieve your goals I see no reason for you to participate. Is there any downside to just waiting for next year that you are aware of?
