The natural vision improvement (NVI) movement have had a lot of problems in the US. Something about optometrists getting them shut down in the 40's! WH Bates is the major person who wrote about it. I recommend Jacob Liberman's book Take off your glasses and see, it's inspirational! I personaly wouldn't recommend eye surgery (haven't had it tho). If it's the muscles that are the problem (which all NVI people believe, I think), cutting your lenses only means the muscles are forced to stay that way.

There are emotional reasons behind poor vision. Since I've been improving my eyesight, and have had good results, as I previously mentioned, it IS possible. I've used EFT, others use other methods, but it's all about allowing your eyes to see naturally again, and relaxing the tension in the muscles. There are many websites about NVI. I suggest you do some research before you rush out to be cut up! I haven't mentioned vision improvement in my website yet, I'm waiting to be able to say my vision is perfect! :-)

joy and clear vision to you!
Hazel
