6.12.06 Result: Completed
7.12.06 Goal: 30min cardio
Observation: I was just out at lunch, and had to walk up a fairly steep hill back to my car - normally I find it quite difficult, but today was easy - I've built up more leg strength in 3 weeks of focussed training than the last 6 months of sporadic, half-hearted workouts. Yay!
