Like Mato said, the name doesn't matter so much as the connection.
As for the higher self, to me the higher self is something to identify and merge with. My higher self is only outside of me to the extent that I let her be or push her away.
What i like to do is tune into my higher self, merge with her, and take that energy back here with me to do my highest good and be my highest self. |
