Dimitry & Antarananda, I'm very happy to read your comments. I am psyched to be able to introduce something of value to others.
I'm not familliar with the Upanishads, so that is something I will pursue. Thanks for the info.

To TheColonel, I can identify with the frustration you feel, as I have felt it myself. I took a huge leap of faith 2 years ago, believing in IM & positive thought and visualization, and I "focused" myself into a situation that was a temporary success and encompassed every activity I desired. But I still allowed myself to succumb to fear in the form of worry over finances, and I took a dive. My business failed and I stopped all deliberate intending, just went into reactive mode.
I'm much better now. I've regained my trust in faith, and believe that I really needed to learn the lessons that took place. Sometimes we can't see clearly except in hindsight.
I made a decision (- set an intention, obviously) a while ago that I would no longer be sucked in my the gurus, and would listen to the guru in my gut. There is so much free info on IM/LoA available on-line that I made a commitment to myself not to pay for anything, at least not for a while. I have found some amazing material (like the Pavlinas' sites) and have so much more to read. But the Field Theory really resonates strongly and seems to fill in the holes.
I do hope that the light will shine for you again, Colonel, brighter and soon.
Love & Joy
