I am experiencing the same situation.
Where do you live? If it's summer time and your room is warm, like mine is, you might experience that stuff.
I'd recommend a few things that really help.
1. Go for a swim. It feels quite awesome and you feel amazing for hours afterwards. Feed yourself positivity after a good swim and I've found, at least in my case, it tends to stick better.
2. Drink water. Lots of water.
