I think there has to be more than one kind of deja vu,because i've never experienced it where it felt like i had dreamt it,my dreams are far too abnormal to ever be real. When i get deja vu,it is normal stuff, like sitting around talking to friends. It doesnt feel dreamlike at all,it just feels like i went through those same motions before, but it only lasts for maybe 4 or 5 seconds at the most. And what i dont get is,every day,we DO do the same things, exactly the same steps, same patterns, day in,day out,how come we dont feel deja vu every day then? It can't have anything to do with something we've done before then. I like the explanation that our spirit (or something inside of us) experiences it first and then it registers with our brain a bit later. The last time i remember this happening was just sitting around talking with friends, and it wasnt an important conversation at all. So totally meaningless, and there is no way it was helpful to me,in this life or this 'now',whatever...so,i am going to say its probably a brain malfunction. By the way,Erki, that link didnt work for me,did it work for anyone else?
